All speakers should ensure that the lengths of their talks fall within these guidelines:

30 minute slot - 25 minutes, 5 minutes for questions
50 minute slot - 45 minutes, 5 minutes for questions

Poster presenters:

Posters can be put up in the atrium upon arrival. Be sure to find your poster number in the program.

We encourage presenters to use their own laptop computers, but PCs will be available in each room capable of displaying talks in Powerpoint or Acrobat formats. Presenters should approach the session chair in the break prior to their session, and check their laptop connections or upload their talks onto the PCs. If you are in the early morning session, please approach the session chair at least 15 minutes prior to your talk. Mac users who choose to bring their own computer should also bring their own video (VGA) adapter.
Poster presentations
Poster dimensions are 4' x 3' (48" x 36"), and will be displayed on poster boards in the Centre for Executive and Professional Education.

Prizes will be given to the top three oral presentations (in each divisional session) and top three best posters. The best presentations and posters are selected by a panel of judges.
